Rayne and Rose Boutique – Refunds & Returns Policy
Each Rayne and Rose piece is handmade with care. While some items may appear “in stock,” every order is crafted especially for you and your pup. Because of this, most items (such as collars and custom designs) are non-refundable. Please measure carefully before ordering to ensure the correct size.
Proof of Purchase
To process any return or exchange, we require proof of purchase.
This includes:
– Invoice number
– Date of purchase
– Item details
Without this, we are unable to assist. No invoice, no return.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are not available unless:
– The item is faulty, or
– The wrong item was sent
If you need guidance on measuring before ordering, we’re happy to help. Please get in touch before placing your order.
What You Can Expect (if your return is accepted)
– A store credit
– An exchange (for a different size, colour, or product – price differences may apply)
To qualify, items must be:
– Clean and unused
– In original packaging
– Returned with proof of purchase
Any custom orders and made-to-order collars cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs
– Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
– We recommend a tracked courier service, as items remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email Kristella@rayneandrose.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
